Ann Shilling, who plays Apple Jack, is a linguist and localization engineer who is trying to figure out which foreign language to learn next.  She spends most of her spare time with her horse, Pepper, but also enjoys sea-kayaking, computer gaming, and reading anything she can get her hands on.  She shares her abode with her husband and two new to the household cats.
